                    Medical Coding is the process of assigning standard codes to medical diagnoses and procedures related to the treatment of patients in order to facilitate the collection and analysis of healthcare data.

              Iron deficiency anemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough healthy red blood cells due to a lack of iron. Symptoms of iron deficiency anemia include fatigue, pale skin, shortness of breath, chest pain, and an irregular heartbeat. Treatment typically involves iron supplements, dietary changes, and sometimes, a blood transfusion.
